U.S. tourist arrivals grow 22.6% in the first quarter of 2016

Colombia, he said, consolidated its position as the fourth tourist market for Mexico and the first in Latin America, surpassing Brazil and Argentina in number of visitors.

The Tourism Minister said that Mexico has the third largest airport, allowing more tourist flow from other regions and encouraging domestic growth, while the tourist infrastructure has grown according to the needs of the sector.

Also, between last January and June the airport of Torreon received two thousand 315 flights, of which one thousand 965 were national and 350 international.
