CANCUN — Threats directed at the chapulines (independent drug vendors), members of the Gulf Cartel (Cartel del Golfo, CDG, in Spanish), “Z Old School” and “Z New School” were displayed in a “narcomanta” found around dawn Sunday April 16, which was left on the Road Arch in Region 248. The message was signed by “The Company”.
On the morning of April 16, the number of emergencies 911 issued the report of a “shadow” (key assigned to the “narcomantas”) found in the Road Arch with Limonero Walk, Region 248, outside a mechanical workshop.
Elements of the Municipal Police went to the place aboard the unit 5523, making a tour of the area until finding the mechanical workshop in Girasoles, where effectively there was a white blanket of two and a half meters long by two meters high, hung on a wall and at the base, two pieces of block were tied to prevent it blowing off with the wind.
The blanket had a message written in black paint that said: “This goes for all the chapulines, they are going to line up because they will be beheaded. The Z New School, stop charging, stop extorting. Chapulines align or they will be beheaded. CDG, Z Old School, CDJ chapulines will be killed, Att., The Company “.
On the right-hand side of the blanket, it was written with black paint, the phrase “Chapulines align or be beheaded,” while in the lower part also was written with black: (CDG) (Z) Old School Chapulines)”.
The blanket was removed and after the corresponding process in the legal unit of the Municipal Public Security Secretariat, was transferred to the state delegation of the Attorney General’s Office (PGR), where it was available to the Federal Public Ministry.
