The School of Engineering of the Universidad Modelo presents the Forum DRONAID 2017.
MERIDA — The details of the DRONAID 2017 Forum were announced on Wednesday October 18, an event that aims to bring to the Yucatecan companies and institutions the most innovative and advanced in the field of drones technology and its applications.
The event will be held on October 27 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Cultural Center of the Universidad Modelo. This is a free access event; attendees only have to confirm their attendance in advance.
RGI-Innovaciones currently manufactures and distributes commercial drones for enterprise applications under its DRONAID trademark. Among his main works are the multirole and fixed wing drones for the construction, surveillance and agricultural industries of several states of the Mexican Republic.
The Universidad Modelo has stood out for its educational programs and its openness to innovation, which is why RGI decided to join forces with the School of Engineering of the mentioned institution to jointly carry out the FORUM DRONAID 2017.
It should be mentioned that the drones have become a product of great consumption and increasingly are being incorporated by more companies in its value chain. The projections of prestigious consultants and investment banks in the future draw a global market of millionaire figures, as well as new business models adapted to these technologies.
