The estimations indicated that there were eight thousand 300 people per hour coming to the downtown, to make their purchases at the shopping centers and department stores located in the zone.

The municipal authority said that since Friday December 8th, the Historical Center received 100 thousand people per day and that next weekend, it is also expected a significant number of locals and visitors, in search of acquiring their Christmas gifts in advance.
