Tribu is a 100% Mexican company, dedicated to the real estate sector throughout the Peninsula, but with a greater focus on the tourist area of Tulum. Their services vary from the sale of land, apartments and houses, as well as consultancy on investment projects, permit procedures, group of investors for project development, project management, but always committed to the protection of the environment (flora and fauna) and in compliance with environmental laws of each geographic location.
The company was recently created with a deep belief in protecting our lands, since these are the greatest treasure that our country has. We seek to do things well, raise awareness in the sense of taking care of each and every property, giving the best service, carry out a legal and transparent purchase or sale, obtain the complete trust of both parties, and following the environmental regulations established when designing the use of land and its densities.
The current Real Estate exponential boom can be very harmful if it is not controlled in a sustainable way, as has happened in other cities. In addition to this, we consider of utmost importance to respect nature and the sacred areas of the Peninsula, since they are the attractive number one and we can not lose sight of that.
The people who come to Tulum want to coexist with nature, we can not allow that attraction to end or be reduced.
And this task is not only for the government, but for all society as well. Teamwork is needed to raise awareness among tourists and locals. We must understand that the growth of these regions is the result of tourism activity. The traveler is looking for luxury in a natural context, which we already have, and to continue growing economically we must preserve and keep nature alive.
There are already some Real Estate developments in Tulum that are based on environmental care, using renewable energies for the operation of their areas, such as solar panels and wind turbines. There are very few sustainable developments, but we can tell that they represent the majority in sales as well as in annual return of investment (ROI), we have observed that many customers who think about investing in the area, are more concerned about the damage that has been caused to the environment, and want to invest in sustainable projects.
With this in mind, one of the missions of Tribu has been to project an image that highlights social responsibility before the community. A clean and honest daily work in each and every process, to create confidence among the people, from potential customers to locals, promoting the desire to take care and maintain what we have, which is already ours.
As part of our modus operandi, we seek to engage with the community to do voluntary work such as beach cleaning, animal care, respect for flora, among other activities that can give an added value and sense of belonging to the company with the people of Tulum.
