Mérida has been distinguished many times as one of the cities with the best quality of life in all of Mexico, and as cultural destination full of traditions and public policies that promote the wellbeing of its citizens.
During a hearing held in the local congress last week, mayor Renán Barrera Concha, recalled that the annual average national rate of homicides is 42 people per 100,000 inhabitants. However, these figures contrast with the situation in Mérida where the average is only 2 homicides per 100,000 people.
The issue of security is very important for those who decide to buy their first home or establish their residence in the white city. That is why today there are different options of housing that provide the best quality of life to the whole family.
Such is the case of the Residencial Santa Fe Norte, which is a closed-gate residential subdivision, developed by local real estate company “Promotora Residencial“.
This development boasts also commercial areas located inside the complex, as well as supermarkets, shops, hospitals, shopping centers, restaurants, bars and other entertainment spaces in its surroundings.
With wide streets and an entrance that allows exclusive access to tenants, Residencial Gran Santa Fe Note is surrounded by green areas and has underground wiring that makes much more visually attractive.
The housing development offers 10 models of houses to choose from, the designs of one-level houses with two bedrooms, two-level houses with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.
For more information, see the Gran Santa Fe Norte website where you will find details of the models to choose from and you can make an appointment with a sales consultant.
