In relation to the rumors and unofficial information about the alleged resignation of Commander Saidén Ojeda, the governor of Yucatan, Mauricio Vila Dosal declared: “Chief Saidén is not going anywhere.”
That was the official statement made by the state government in response to the rumor that Luis Felipe Saidén Ojeda would leave the position of Secretary of Public Security of the State.
In this regard, the government denied the version and recalled that just a few days ago, on Saturday May 18th in Uxmal, governor Mauricio Vila Dosal himself categorically ruled out the possibility that Saidén Ojeda could go to another state, such as Quintana Roo.
“We are not going to borrow him to Quintana Roo,” Vila Dosal declared on that occasion.
In fact, on Monday May 20th, the Yucatecan governor announced in Mexico City, that as part of the work of Commander Saidén Ojeda, the new program of the Metropolitan Police will be officially launched in Mérida in the coming days.
