A site to explore and discover, where we preserve our culture, traditions and nature through genuine cultural and gastronomic experiences, inspired by the Maya cosmovision and folklore.

Located at kilometer 108 of the Yokdzonot-Pisté road, very close to the archaeological site of Chichen Itza, Tsukán is a place to connect with the essence, life and origin of our beautiful state.

In Tsukán you can find archaeological remains that are faithful testimony of our roots and substance; and according to experts, this is the spot where the Maya people who built Chichen Itza settled down.

After the fall of the Maya empire, the farm became a cattle ranch which heritage and history can still be appreciated, however, nothing compares to the incredible experience of descending to the cenote of Tsukán, which includes a tour that begins with a spectacular staircase that allows you to see the union between the surface and the underground world.

Enjoy and be part of our new experience, our typical Maya regional breakfast is an experience that goes beyond the flavors and textures of the Mayab. More than a simple meal, this is an approach to Yucatecan gastronomy, in an environment surrounded by nature and all its splendor; where you can witness the majesty of endemic trees of the region such as pich and ceibas. Admire the colors, aromas and sounds that characterize land of the Mayab.

Without a doubt, it is an experience that encompasses all the senses, and is the closest thing to what the ancient and modern and Maya have lived, listened and felt everytime they’ve seen a sunrise.

During your visit you will find comfortable facilities with the best service. The staff will assist you with the attention and kindness that distinguishes Yucatan and its people.

We recommend visiting with comfortable and light clothing, wear sandals or sneakers to explore. They have lockers to leave your belongings, they also have showers and dressing rooms.
