A few days ago, the typical Yucatan dish was among the TasteAtlas semifinalists.
Out of 10 thousand dishes, the cochinita managed to position itself as the favorite for 2021 and, according to the TasteAtlas page, more than 100 thousand votes had to be counted.
This dish of Yucatecan gastronomy ranked first in the world with 4.69 stars.
