Kinchil, Yucatan, April 6, 2023.- The driver of a dump truck, loaded with chicken manure, lost control of the steering wheel on the Kinchil-Celestún highway and upon reaching kilometer 58, it left the pavement, overturning on its left side and spilling more than 14 cubic meters of stinking cargo. Even a pickup truck of a well-known polar bear company made a defensive maneuver to end up leaving the “devil’s curve” minutes before noon.
Cuban nationalized Mexican Abel A.C., 49 years old, was driving the Freightliner dump truck, on his way to dump the manure in the mountains of Kinchil, when he said that a similar truck was invading the yellow dividing strip, so in order to avoid a head-on collision, he took a defensive maneuver to lose control of the tractor-trailer, to his bad luck a bear delivery unit (te peinó) to see it swaying and dripping with manure, sacrificed himself to get out on its right side, thus avoiding a tragedy.
In the end there were no injuries in the curve where the firemen died more than a decade ago and they called their insurance companies to determine who was responsible.
