The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Yucatán (FGE) has activated an Amber Alert Protocol for the disappearance of a grandmother who has been missing for several days in the port of Progreso.
The missing person is Patricia Rivera Fuentes, who was reported missing on May 16th after she did not return home.
According to the search bulletin, the woman is originally from Mexico City and resides in the port of Progreso. On May 16th, she left her home and there has been no information about her whereabouts since then.
It is important to note that the woman suffers from epilepsy and her hands tremble, which makes it urgent to locate her as she needs to take her medication.
According to the description, the woman has straight, short, gray hair, is approximately 1.52 meters tall, and is 62 years old.
The last time she was seen, she was wearing pink capri pants, a white blouse, black slip-on sandals, and had a black knitted purse hanging around her neck and a white plastic bag.
It was reported that she was last seen when she left her residence located in the Las Fuentes neighborhood of Progreso, Yucatán.
As there has been no information about her whereabouts four days after her disappearance, her family reported her missing, and the FGE issued an Amber Alert protocol to locate her.
