The Rally Maya Mexico began its ninth edition in Yucatán with a ceremonial start at City Center before embarking on its journey through the roads of Yucatán.

The third stage started promptly at 10 in the morning, and the more than 120 restored classic vehicles accelerated towards the coast to enjoy a day trip to the Port of Progreso, passing through the Dzibilchaltún Archaeological Zone along the way.

The visit included an exhibition at the Malecón in Progreso and a visit to the Meteorite Museum located in the same area. They then headed towards the Yucatán Racetrack, where this stage concluded.

After a few slalom laps to showcase their driving skills, the drivers of this rolling museum headed back to Mérida. At 6 PM, they participated in a parade along the emblematic Paseo de Montejo avenue.

For this ninth edition, the Rally Maya offers 10 days of adventure covering 1,100 kilometers. It started in Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche, and will conclude this Thursday at the Tajamar Malecón in Cancún, Quintana Roo.

In addition to showcasing the beauty of these 90% restored vintage cars, this expedition aims to promote, amaze, and enchant participants with a novel route full of treasures throughout the Yucatán Peninsula.
