Car bomb explodes in Celaya, injuring members of the National Guard

At least ten members of the National Guard were injured, five of them seriously, when a car bomb they were inspecting exploded in the municipality of Celaya.

According to preliminary reports, it was around 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 28th, when the National Guard officers arrived in the community of El Sauz de Villaseñor to respond to a report of an abandoned vehicle near the exit to Salvatierra.
