On Monday afternoon, members of Civil Protection (PC) found a newborn baby abandoned inside a small house in the community of Loma Bonita, in the municipality of Calpulalpan.
According to local media, the male baby was found in a humble home in this area, as it was anonymously reported to the director of PC Calpulalpan, Lucio Antonio Pacheco Romero.
It was revealed that the newborn was lying on a mattress, still attached to the umbilical cord and placenta, and the whereabouts of the mother are unknown.
