More than 350 restaurants from Mérida, Umán, Progreso, Izamal, Valladolid, and Tizimín will participate in the sixth edition of Mérida Restaurant Week 2023, which will take place from September 25 to October 1.
The combos that the restaurants will offer will be 159, 269, and 399 pesos, which include a main dish, a drink, and a starter or dessert.
So far, there are 150 restaurants registered for the event, according to the president of the National Chamber of the Restaurant and Seasoned Food Industry (Canirac), Claudia González Góngora.
“Every year this event gains more strength and now there are municipalities in the interior of the state interested in participating because it is for everyone who wants to offer diners an experience within this dynamic, from small to large restaurants,” he said.
Claudia González specified that the packages and promotions will be available through the official page of Mérida Restaurant Week on Facebook, Instagram, and the web portal.
“As part of this activity we will be able to visit places with different specialties, from seafood, Italian, Japanese food, from various parts of Mexico and, of course, proudly Yucatecan dishes that make our cuisine an emblem worldwide,” she concluded.
