Pineapple Gin and Tonic recipe!

This delightful cocktail combines the classic refreshment of a gin and tonic with a tropical twist of sweet pineapple juice. It’s a great blend of flavors that will transport you to a beachside paradise with every sip.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) gin
  • 4 oz (120 ml) tonic water
  • 2 oz (60 ml) pineapple juice
  • Fresh pineapple chunks or wedges for garnish
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice cubes. The glass should be large enough to accommodate the ingredients and ice comfortably.
  2. Pour 2 ounces (60 ml) of gin into the glass.
  3. Add 2 ounces (60 ml) of pineapple juice to the glass. You can adjust the amount of pineapple juice to your taste, adding more or less depending on how strong you want the pineapple flavor to be.
  4. Stir the gin and pineapple juice together in the glass.
  5. Slowly pour 4 ounces (120 ml) of tonic water into the glass to top off the drink. Use a long spoon or a swizzle stick to gently stir everything together.
  6. Garnish your Pineapple Gin and Tonic with fresh pineapple chunks or wedges. You can also add a sprig of fresh mint for extra aroma and color if desired.
  7. Give it a final gentle stir to mix in the garnishes slightly
