The Frente Amplio por Mexico (FAM) canceled the citizen survey that would take place on Sunday, September 3, and reported that that day it would deliver the certificate to PAN senator Xóchitl Gálvez as the virtual presidential candidate of the PAN-PRI-PRD coalition.
Marco Baños, a member of the Organizing Committee, announced in a conference that survey will no longer take place.
“On Sunday morning we will hand in the certificate to Xóchitl Gálvez to make her the leader of this FAM,” said Alejandra Latapí, a member of the Committee, who even cried at the time of making the announcement.
Before the conference of the Organizing Committee, Xóchitl Gálvez herself had anticipated the cancellation of the consultation.
