Two videos of a man “walking” naked through the streets of the Hospital Lic. Ignacio García Tellez, T-1 in Mérida are circulating on WhatsApp to the astonishment and disbelief of many Yucatecans.
Although there is no concrete information as to when it happened, it is presumed to have occurred sometime yesterday, Sunday, October 1.
In the first video, it can be seen how two people, inside their car, record a completely naked subject who, after crossing the street, enters a convenience store pushing the door in an aggressive manner.
The video cuts off at that moment, however, in a second video recorded by another person, it can be seen how the subject has already left the store with a red bag in his hand, crosses a crosswalk and walks towards an unknown direction.
In the audio of the video, a woman, apparently a customer, asks: “How much did he take,” to which a woman, apparently a store worker, replies “cigarettes, and I don’t know how much he took from the refrigerator”.
The dialogue takes place while the man walks as if nothing happened and passes by the hospital security guards who were waiting at the door for any eventuality.
In the audio of the second video, the voice of a third person can also be heard advising the employee to report what happened because otherwise she would be charged for the items that the subject stole without paying.
So far it is unknown whether the person was arrested or got lost in the streets of the area, leaving as only evidence of the facts the two videos circulating in WhatsApp chains.
