As projected, the “Camino de las Flores” Flower Trail has been a resounding success since its inauguration on October 25, something that was reflected on Sunday, October 29th, when 2,800 people entered the floral display.

MÉRIDA, Yucatan, October 29, 2023.- It was observed that this attraction was full of locals, as well as national and foreign tourists, who had crowded the floral display with a Day of the Dead and Hanal Pixan theme, something that was achieved thanks to more than 30 thousand plants.

In this display, visitors could observe and learn about different flowers and plants such as the vanilla cempasúchil in different colors, semolina, as well as petunias, feathery celosia, a variety of crocuses and amelias, and iconic trees such as the pich, ceiba, jicara and jabines, and other sound, illuminated and holographic attractions.

Among the structures mounted and dressed with different flowers, two animas of grandparents with a cane and a candle in hand stand out, as well as that of a girl holding a rag doll, typical of the State, in addition to a catrina, although the figure of a xoloitzcuintle and several alebrijes figures also attracted attention.

For those who wish to visit the “Camino de las Flores, the Mérida City Hall informed that it will be open from October 25 to November 6, from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, access is free and is on Calle 60, just off the Pasaje a la Revolución, while the exit is on Calle 58 between 61 and 63.
