A heavy trailer hit a Nissan Versa sedan that was traveling on the Merida-Uman highway, causing heavy damage that forced the company to request the support of the corresponding insurance company to make the necessary payments.
The accident occurred near the Itzincab subdivision, in the lane going from Umán to the Yucatecan capital.
The Nissan Versa was traveling on the road when suddenly a huge trailer coming out of a company appeared on its right side, and its operator tried to abruptly enter the road.
The car was hit on the right front side and was badly damaged, but the driver was unhurt.
The trailer also showed some damage to the front bumper, but much less serious than the other vehicle, so both parties involved called their insurance companies. In the presence of members of the National Guard, they tried to reach an agreement, but these efforts were seriously delayed due to the heavy rain that began to fall in the area.
