As a result of the growing interest of the people from Monterrey to invest in Yucatan, the López Rosa Group will open offices in Monterrey this year that will be added to the headquarters located in Mérida in the México neighborhood and another in Mexico City in the World Trade Center.

“Growth is part of the company’s vision, which is why we plan to expand soon and open our headquarters in Monterrey,” the company said.

Grupo-López Rosa works to create real estate spaces full of experiences. That is why it offers multiple investment options; from a residential, financial or corporate heritage.

“We have 5 years of presence in the market, with more than 3 million square meters sold and more than 100 collaborators. We are a company that seeks integrity, diversity and plurality as part of our values”.

In the residential sector, they have Almaviva, a real estate investment project with amenities for the whole family, which is located near Puerto Telchac, minutes from the beach.

Almaviva is characterized by the excellence of the land. There are 3 projects that are currently active: San Roque, San Eduardo and Santa Clara.

“Playaviva is one of the recently pre-inaugurated projects (official opening in October 2023). It is a beach club designed to live with the whole family without leaving the seal of excellence behind. It has an unbeatable architectural seal and services such as a jacuzzi, restaurants, terrace, and bar”.

“Part of our growth is to be continually innovating, that is why we are pleased to have the Mérida Art District”. DAM is a real estate project with an artistic concept that is located on the Progreso-Mérida highway; an artistic and commercial oasis, giving companies the opportunity to invest in offices, or families to invest in a unique residential area. Part of the authenticity is that the public is part of this project by acquiring a portion of the shopping center through the “COIN” financing plan.

As part of our vision, we attended several very important exhibition events in Mexico:

“With Almaviva and COIN we were present at the Expo Pyme in Monterrey, an event focused on entrepreneurs. The primary objective was to give the opportunity to the audience of a successful investment with us”.

And in Guadalajara on August 25, the “Expo invests in Mérida in the southeast and beach” began. A great opportunity to find people who want to invest with us and build their future from the present.
