The New York Times assures that the CDMX Prosecutor’s Office demanded information from Mexican opposition politicians to Telcel

The New York Times claims that Telcel provided the CDMX FGJ with information on politicians opposed to Morena, such as Lily Téllez and Santiago Taboada.

The publication reports that the prosecution demanded from Telcel the telephone records of Lili Téllez, Santiago Taboada, Horacio Duarte, Higinio Martínez Miranda and Alessandra Rojo.

The Prosecutor’s Office denied having requested “wiretapping or geolocations of the referred persons,” as well as telephone records.
