Mérida has the first place among the cities that offer the best living conditions for its inhabitants in education, health, and inclusion.
According to the Urban Competitiveness Index of the Mexican Institute for Competitiveness (IMCO), the Yucatecan capital is followed by San Luis Potosí and Querétaro.
According to inmuebles24.com, the main online real estate classifieds portal in Mexico, Mérida is also among the most competitive cities in housing rentals, reaching an average of 14 thousand pesos per month, and in property sales, two million 800 thousand pesos.
The sales prices are similar to those of Mexico City, where the average is two million 828 thousand 180 pesos and exceed those of Aguascalientes (1.8 million pesos); Chihuahua (2.8 million pesos); Querétaro (1.7 million pesos) and San Luis Potosí (2.7 million pesos).
Guadalajara reports 14,442 in the case of rent and 3.2 million pesos in real estate sales; Monterrey, 20 thousand 641 and 4.3 million pesos in rent and sales, respectively.
The IMCO points out that these cities have good academic, salary, health services, investments, and talent attraction, among other indicators, which make them good options for those looking for quality of life.
“All the time we are looking for our lives to have a balance between what we want and what we can access in various areas to be able to live well, by our idea of a good life.
