Mario Delgado celebrates Ebrard’s permanence
Mario Delgado celebrated Marcelo Ebrard’s stay in Morena to follow “the historical process of the Fourth Transformation.”
He assured that he always trusted that this would be the case, since he is a man of convictions and values, “his voice will also be very important for the strengthening of democratic institutions.”
