From November 17 to 20, the 2023 edition of “Buen Fin” (the Mexican version of Black Friday) will take place, where more than 15 participating businesses will offer a wide variety of promotions, discounts, and offers, said the president of the National Chamber of Services and Tourism, Levy Abraham Macari.
It was detailed that next November 17 will be the official start of the cheapest weekend of the year at the “El Niplito” Gran Montejo facilities, later on the 18th there will be a tour of “Galerías” plaza.
Regarding the participation of businesses in Buen Fin 2023, Abraham Macari pointed out that “this year we hope to exceed last year’s figure of 15 thousand participating businesses, and the estimated economic benefit is 8 thousand 25 million pesos.”
The business leader called on people to make their purchases responsibly and in formal stores so that, if necessary, the corresponding guarantees can be applied. Companies interested in registering for Buen Fin can do so through the portal www.elbuenfin.org.
The businessman stated that like other years, they will work as a team with various federal government agencies so that this event is carried out correctly, and if there are any problems, they will be resolved as soon as possible. José Eduardo Rostro Hernández, Head of the Office of the Federal Consumer Prosecutor’s Office (PROFECO) in Yucatán, pointed out that service modules will be installed in shopping malls such as Las Américas, Galerías, and Altabrisa that will attend to any situation of 9 in the morning to 9 at night, in addition to the fact that there will be brigades of verifiers that will tour the participating establishments, in addition to the fact that their offices will work with guards from 9 in the morning to 9 at night.
