It was on August 18, 2023, that it was announced that a gang entered Miguel Bosé’s house and took several of the Spanish singer’s belongings. But just over four months after what happened, it was reported on the arrest of those allegedly involved in the robbery of the celebrity’s home.
Different local media reported the arrest of five members of a criminal cell, who were dedicated to home robbery and who operated in the States of Mexico, Puebla, and even Jalisco.
Intelligence agents from the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC-CDMX) reported on the arrest of this gang that allegedly entered Miguel Bosé’s house last August, according to the investigation carried out by the preventive agency.
It was also indicated that the criminal gang was led by Colombians and Venezuelans, who were arrested on December 28 in the heart of Mexico City’s Periférico.
Undercover agents captured the alleged thieves of the Spanish singer’s house. The moment of the arrest was recorded in a video that has gone viral after circulating on different social networks.
After this clip circulated on different digital platforms, the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) said it was aware of the dissemination of a recording in which agents are seen loading several people into a vehicle in the middle of the Periférico.
That is why the agency clarified that the events captured in the video were related to an arrest of people dedicated to criminal activities such as house robbery.

For his part, Pablo Vázquez, head of the SSC-CDMX, explained that the police acted in this way because they were being monitored and they suspected that he could escape.
The suspects were arrested with weapons, drugs, ropes, and tools that they used to enter high-value homes.
Regarding the robbery of the house of Spanish singer Miguel Bosé, the head of the SSC explained that they have yet to determine how they entered, but it has not been ruled out that it could have been at the back of the housing complex, where there was no surveillance.
“They were found with a firearm, a magazine, six 38 special caliber cartridges, in addition to 300 doses of a substance with the characteristics of cocaine, three cell phones, and cash, as well as mallets, ropes, chisels, gloves, pliers, screwdrivers and tools, which were used to carry out home robberies,” the police chief explained. And, although they were arrested, at the moment the loot they took from the singer’s house has not been recovered.
