A “Va y Ven” driver lost his life after being attacked by a passenger on the Circuito Metropolitano route a few days ago.
The State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) reported that the attack occurred on January 28, which caused injuries that led to the death of the operator this Saturday.
FGE began the corresponding investigation that led to the arrest of the aggressor, who was placed at the disposal of the judicial authorities, where it was determined to send him for evaluation to the psychiatric hospital.

According to preliminary data, on the day of the events, the accused performed lewd touching on a woman who was traveling on board public transportation.
The operator came to the user’s defense, which caused a violent reaction from the accused, who pushed him and caused him to fall on the sidewalk outside the vehicle, causing serious brain injuries and ultimately death.
