A native of Ticul, Yucatan died while he was trying to cross the border between Mexico and the United States for the second time, last February 11.

The report indicates that his name was César Alberto N. S., who worked as a shoemaker in Ticul and lost his life due to a sudden heart attack, the authorities announced.

It turned out that it was the second time that the Yucatecan tried to cross the border. Through social media, it was reported that, some time ago, César Alberto managed to cross the border and stayed in San Francisco, California for five years.

After that time, he decided to return to Ticul, where he opened a shoe store. Unfortunately, the business did not perform as expected and he closed it and headed back North.

About 15 days ago, César Alberto was unsuccessfully trying to cross the border, when he suffered a heart attack. It was reported that his relatives are asking the authorities for help to transfer the body back to Ticul.
