The menu offers premium quality hot and cold drinks.
The prestigious Colombian coffee brand, Juan Valdez, made its return to Mexican territory with the opening of a branch in the Yucatecan capital.
“Mérida is fashionable and coffee is fashionable, it is the best setting to return to Mexico. It is a warm, safe city, with a very interesting market, which knows how to appreciate the good things in life”, declared Juan Carlos Hajj, investor of the branch.
On Avenida Cámara de Comercio, just a few meters away from the Glorieta El Pocito, this new space aims to offer the people of Merida one of the best coffees in the world.
Their menu also includes a wide variety of options, not hot and cold drinks but food as well, boasting Colombian dishes. Packaged coffee from the premium line and other brand items are also available to the public.
The branch in the Yucatecan capital becomes store number 589 in the world, but it is the spearhead of new venues that will be distributed throughout the country.
“Mexico is an economy with enormous business potential, due to its strategic location and its popularity worldwide. This represents an immense opportunity for Juan Valdez, since its scalability allows us to conquer the market with the opening of our stores,” said Sebastián Mejía, international vice president of Juan Valdez.
The opening of the store took place at 100 percent capacity, this Thursday, February 29. Undoubtedly, Juan Valdez promises to be one of the favorite cafes in Mérida.
“Juan Valdez coffee is a premium coffee from the Colombian community that has been making coffee for many generations. It has a lot of quality, with a very good roast,” highlighted Juan Carlos Hajj.
