A pigeon crossed from Europe to Oxktutzcab, Yucatán and it was a resident of this southern municipality of the state who found it in his yard with an injured wing. Due to the above, he decided to give him the necessary care for his recovery without knowing the surprise that one of his legs held.
The user discovered when assisting the pigeon that it was carrying a message from Portugal, dated in the year 2021. According to the keeper, the pigeon was carrying two annular tubes, one blue and the other black, between its legs.
One of them had the name of the country of origin, Portugal, engraved along with the year 2021. In addition, a code was observed on the left paw, possibly an identification microchip. The decision not to open the messages was made by the pigeon’s keeper, who is waiting for the bird to improve before resuming its final path.
