Dozens of doctors from Yucatán demonstrated in the Plaza Grande of Mérida to ask for job certainty in hospitals where they work.
A group of Health Sector workers in Yucatán, belonging to the IMSS, held a march around the Plaza Grande in Mérida to demand a permanent position in their jobs.

With the slogan “Labor Justice”, they made it clear that they are not satisfied with continuing to sign 3-month contracts, which does not give certainty to their families.
They called on federal and state authorities to work together to meet the needs of this sector of the population.

They assured that they do not want their fight to be taken as a political flag by any political party, but rather that they give certainty to the cases of 498 health workers who are being affected.
