Agents of the State Investigative Police (PEI) of the Secretariat of Public Security (SSP) in coordination with the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE), arrested Luis Alejandro P. H. on Wednesday, May 15th, accused of murdering Raúl Humberto with a knife. The events took place on Monday, May 13, in the middle of a street in the Santa Rosa neighborhood.
The detainee is 42 years old, his alias is “El Chino,” and he works as a gardener.
Based on the evidence obtained by investigating agents and prosecutors, the subject is likely responsible for the crime of aggravated homicide, committed on Monday, May 13th, in that neighborhood.
After the location and capture, Luis Alejandro P. H. was placed at the disposal of a judge who issued the arrest warrant.
On the morning of Monday, May 13th, Raúl Humberto, 70, was found with a stab wound. He died upon arriving at the hospital.
The man was drinking with other people, including his attacker, who stabbed him without apparent reason.
