Heatstroke claimed the life of a worker, who was identified as Edgar H., who worked as a watermelon loader.

According to the report, the man was working in Sudzal Chico, when he suddenly felt bad and suddenly began foaming at the mouth. They immediately transferred him to the Tekax municipal seat.

His employer arrived at the Tekax General Hospital around 3:30 in the afternoon, but it could only be confirmed that the worker no longer had vital signs. The municipal police of Tekax became aware of the events and were waiting for the Prosecutor’s Office and the coroner to remove the body at the doors of the Tekax general hospital. According to the first reports, heat stroke could have been the cause of death.
