Within the framework of the Yucatán I6 Congress, considered the largest technology and innovation event in Southeast Mexico, Mayor Alejandro Ruz Castro inaugurated the City Hall stand in which the main programs and digital platforms were presented to bring services and procedures closer to the and the citizens of the Municipality.

Accompanied by the person in charge of the Office of the Governor of the State of Yucatán, María Fritz Sierra, the Municipal President toured the municipal government stand where on May 16 and 17, the City Council will participate through various addresses in this important event in which The participation of about 20 thousand Yucatecan students is expected.

The departments that will bring their online services and digital platforms to the stand are the Technology Directorate, with the areas of cybersecurity, geotechnologies and the internet in public spaces; the Directorate of Health and Welfare, in the area of Youth; and the Sustainable Development Unit, with the promotion of the Forest Crusade 2024.

Inside the stand there is representation from the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property, promoter of innovation and invention to provide reports to interested parties, as well as provide advice for trademark and patent registration.

Finally, there will be the participation of entrepreneurial exhibitors who are part of the technology cluster, such as the ClibIA project, led by the 7th generation entrepreneur of “I am Part of the 100”, and the 3D printing project , led by entrepreneur Irving Alcocer, to mention a few.
