After presenting compelling evidence, the State Attorney General’s Office obtained the connection to proceedings against Yosbel Lázaro “N” and Roinel “N”, both of foreign origin, for their probable participation in events possibly constituting the crime of kidnapping committed in grievance of a male person whose identity has been reserved.

The events occurred on April 25 of the current year, when an anonymous call made to the emergency number 911 alerted elements of the Secretariat of Citizen Security, so they moved to an address located in the streets of Superblock 224 of this municipality, where upon arriving they heard screams from a person begging for help.

When they were discovered, the subjects tried to escape and when the victim reported the alleged participation of Yosbel Lázaro “N” and Roinel “N” in the events, the preventive police detained them and placed them at the disposal of the Public Ministry to determine responsibilities.

Derived from the above, the social representation began the investigation file in which it gathered the necessary evidence and after a hearing, the Control Judge established the connection to the process of both accused for their probable participation in events possibly constituting the crime of kidnapping, in addition to imposing the precautionary measure of preventive detention for a term of two years.
