This person paid an advance of 20 thousand pesos to Leonardo Alfonso H. C. so that he could find two more men to be in charge of killing the victim.

Leonardo Alfonso contacted Héctor José and he in turn contacted Carlos; He met with them to give them keys to the victim’s property and the clothes they should wear in the crime.

On Friday, May 31, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Carlos D. P. and Héctor José A. M. entered Emilio S. M.’s house and beat him with metal pipes and wood, causing serious injuries that caused his death.

The man, approximately 60 years old, lived alone and his house, in addition to being completely closed, had a wide circuit of security cameras.

The agents of the State Investigation Police and the Public Ministry placed the detainees at the disposal of the control judge who issued the arrest warrant for the crime of qualified homicide.
