Governor Mauricio Vila Dosal began a farewell tour of Yucatan, in which he will visit the 140 Health Centers that are being remodeled, practically touring the entire state to thank the Yucatecans for their trust.
The first point was in Oxkutzcab, a municipality in which the remodeling work of the Health Centers of the Yaxhachén, Xohuayán, and Emiliano Zapata police stations was carried out, through which quality care and new medical services in well-equipped, more modern, and adequate facilities.
During his visit to Oxkutzcab, Vila Dosal also went to the Xul rural community, where he verified the operation of the 24/7 Doctor program office installed at that site so that the population had guaranteed care.
It must be remembered that, as part of the transformation that the 140 Health Centers throughout the state received, they already have free laboratory tests, ultrasounds, dental and psychological care, as well as oxygen tanks and a red backpack equipment to stabilize patients who have suffered a heart attack as the ambulance arrives to transport them.
In addition to all of the above, to guarantee quality service and according to the needs of the Yucatecan population, these spaces now operate 24 hours a day, 6 days a week.
Accompanied by the mayor of Oxkutzcab, Juan José Martín Fragoso, Vila Dosal spoke about the new services that Health Centers offer to prevent people from leaving their communities.
