Kanasín Ecological Police rescues 4 abused dogs from a property

KANASÍN, YUCATAN., July 16, 2024.- Thanks to a citizen complaint, the Kanasín Ecological Police rescued four dogs on the property marked with the number 95-A on 20th Street in the Dzoyolá Subdivision.

Through social networks, the report of animal abuse was received at the aforementioned address, so elements of the corporation moved to that site.

Upon arrival, the owner of the property was notified about the situation and rescue procedure, placing the four canines under protection and transferring them for medical evaluation.

The four dogs are being cared for by specialists from the corporation so that they can recover as soon as possible and be put up for adoption.

The Kanasín Ecological Police reaffirms its commitment to preserving and protecting the fauna of our municipality and we thank the citizens committed to the cause for their reports.
