Charged with the crime of sexual abuse, Daniel P. P. was arrested on Tuesday, July 9th, by agents of the State Investigative Police (PEI) of the Secretariat of Public Security (SSP) in coordination with the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE).
43 years old, originally from Mérida, and a driver by trade, he is accused of attacking a 23-year-old girl who was walking on the sidewalk of the park in the Puerta del Sol subdivision, in Kanasín.
According to the complaint, the subject stood in the woman’s way, said obscene words to her face, and indecently touched her.
The accused was already placed at the disposal of the control judge who issued the arrest warrant based on the evidence obtained by investigating agents and prosecutors.
