Two brothers, ages 6 and 3, were rescued from a pool they fell into while their parents worked on the ranch.

Mr. Gabriel M. and Wendy M. came to work at a ranch on 6 x 19 Street in Caucel Pueblo, along with their children R. and J. G., ages 3 and 6 respectively.

While they were carrying out their work, they left the children near the pool and they fell into the deep end.

The owner of the property cried out to the parents, and the father, without thinking, went into the water and rescued them both. Afterward, he gave them mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, while the SSP paramedics arrived.

When the paramedics arrived, they assessed, stabilized, and transferred the two kids to the Agustín H’Orán hospital.

Agents of the SSP participated in facilitating ambulance access to the site and guaranteeing the perimeter for paramedics to work.
