According to criminal case 98/2021, which was heard in the Second Control Court of the First District, the events occurred between 2015 and 2016, when the victim, who at that time was a minor and attended counseling classes, which were taught by the convicted person who took advantage of the trust and closeness with the family to commit the sexual assaults, which were corroborated by personnel from the Forensic Medical Service of the Prosecutor’s Office.
