Work is being carried out in the 140 Health Centers in the State of Yucatán. In 50 percent of them, infrastructure improvement work is already done.
The modernization of these centers aims to provide better services to the population, according to the State Secretary of Public Works, Aref Karam Espósito.
“This week we saw Governor Mauricio Vila Dosal and the head of the Yucatán Health Secretariat (SSY), Mauricio Sauri Vivas, delivering health centers throughout the state.
We have approximately 70 centers ready and the other 70 are still in process and will be inaugurated shortly,” said Karam Espósito.
Governor Mauricio Vila was on Tuesday, July 16, in Oxkutzcab, a municipality in which he handed over the remodeling work of the Health Centers of the Yaxhachén, Xohuayán, and Emiliano Zapata police stations, through which he reaches out to the population of those localities quality care and new medical services in well-equipped, modern and adequate facilities.
