On the morning of Thursday, July 4, through social media, it was reported that due to the passage of Hurricane Beryl, the Tren Maya trains that connect Palenque-Cancún and Cancún-Palenque with a schedule of 9:00 will only arrive at the Mérida station. -Teya.

Trains 202 and 302 canceled their trips for safety reasons. The company regrets any inconvenience this may cause and has provided options for affected passengers.

Those who wish to change the date of their trip can do so by sending an email to the address provided and attaching their tickets in digital format, contact number, and the new desired date.

If you do not have a new date for the trip, you can request a refund.

According to the report from the National Civil Protection Coordination (CNPC), “Beryl” is estimated to make landfall as Category 1, although it was gaining strength and is Category 3.
