Tierras de Origen, a pioneering Mexican firm in the marketing of properties and attracting investors for real estate projects, announced the launch of two ambitious developments in Yucatán: Hacienda La Peregrina in Mérida and Hotel Franciscana, the first 5-star hotel in the city from Valladolid.

The inspiration for the first development is the love story between the American journalist Alma Reed and Governor Felipe Carrillo Puerto in 1922. The second project is a design hotel to offer a luxury experience.

The presentation, which took place in Mexico City, highlighted the importance of bringing investment projects to Yucatán. Representatives of Tierras de Origen hosted the event, including Jessica Rengifo, commercial director; Erick Gutiérrez and Lilia Jayer, commercial coordinators; Misael Vera, financial analyst; and Alejandro Carrillo, marketing manager.

The projects offer an opportunity for investors, with an initial investment accessible from 290,000 pesos.

According to the financial information provided by Tierras de Origen, those interested in participating in these initiatives could obtain projected annual returns between 15% and 18%.

So far, 65% of investors are international, especially Americans of Latin origin, while the remaining 35% come from national investors.

Both developments are conceptions by the renowned firm DNA Barcelona Architects under the direction of architect Aryanour Djalali, known for his focus on sustainable architecture that respects the environment.

La Peregrina project is on land that once belonged to Governor Carrillo Puerto. The Hacienda will include a hotel with 109 rooms, including suites and standard rooms, equipped with first-class services such as a restaurant, spa, and gym. In addition, it will have a complex of apartment towers, a restaurant, and a museum in preparation.

Hotel Franciscana will offer 102 rooms, including suites and standard. The hotel will also have a spa, gourmet cuisine, and a privileged location on Avenida de Los Frailes in Valladolid.
