After drinking alcohol, José Luis H.D., 20, remembered old disputes with his neighbors, took a gun, and threatened Yanet M.P., 35 years old.
The woman requested the support of the municipal police, whose officers told them that she was in her house in the Santo Domingo neighborhood when the young man came to threaten her with a firearm.
The agents took on the task of locating the accused and, applying the protocols to approach him because he would be armed, they managed to arrest him.
Then they checked him and found that he had a gun in his pants, at waist level, but the surprise came when they realized it was a toy.
However, they arrested him for threatening the woman, who said that this was not the first time he had taken out that object to scare her.
In addition, José Luis faces a complaint filed with the State Attorney General’s Office for physical assault on Marcos D.O.P., Yanez’s husband.
