Tulum artisans receive training in Digital Marketing so they can take advantage of this means of communication to trade their goods.

In an effort to strengthen local trade and expand the market for artisans in the Maya area of Quintana Roo, the Correos Clic course-workshop was held, an initiative organized in collaboration between the Mexican Postal Service (SEPOMEX), the Secretariat of Economic Development (SEDE) of Quintana Roo and the City Council of Tulum through its Directorate of Economy.

The course-workshop, which brought together various artisans from the region, focused on the Correos Clic digital platform, which allows artisans to register and market their products nationally and internationally, taking advantage of its global presence. Participants received training in the use of this tool, learning to optimize their visibility in broader markets.

In addition to training on the digital platform, the artisans participated in specialized training in photography. This training taught them how to effectively use their cell phones and digital equipment to improve the visual presentation of their products, a crucial aspect to attract potential buyers in the global market.

According to local and state economic authorities, Correos Clic not only opens new opportunities for Tulum artisans, but also boosts local economic development by promoting access to broader markets and optimizing digital tools in their daily work.
