After the appeal of the State Attorney General’s Office, the Superior Court of Justice linked a man to proceedings for crimes against personal image after the exhibition of intimate photos and videos of his victim on the Packs México website.

According to the investigation, the accused, A.D.E., committed the crime by posting the multimedia content of his former sister-in-law at the time of the events on internet platforms.

At the time, the judge on duty determined not to bind the accused to the process, which led to the appeal by the Prosecutor’s Office, whose arguments were validated by the Second Criminal and Civil Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice, where the grievances were declared founded and formulated by the Prosecutor’s Office, revoking the initial determination, giving way to the involvement of the accused.

Finally, the court ordered that a certified copy of the resolution be sent to the First Control Court so the process against the accused could immediately continue.
