The woman was found covered in her own blood after cutting her wrists in the center of the city.
CIUDAD DEL CARMEN, CAMPECHE.- A woman, in an alleged inconvenient state, decided to cut her wrists in the middle of the public road in the streets of the downtown neighborhood; this caused the immediate mobilization of municipal authorities and emergency bodies to the scene of the events.
It was on 29th Street between 22nd and 20th in the Centro neighborhood, where authorities from the public security department and rescue personnel from the Tactical Firefighters group arrived to assist this woman, who for no apparent reason, injured herself on the wrists of both arms, being covered in her own blood.
Due to this, rescue personnel helped her and applied some bandages, however, when trying to take her to a hospital, the woman became aggressive and walked away from the site.
The authorities tried to convince her to go to a hospital so that she could receive medical attention, but the woman reluctantly refused to be transferred, so they left the place.
