To contribute to sustainable development in the state, the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) Mérida Section announced the holding of the VII AMPI Mérida Real Estate Forum 2024 “Building the Future of the Sector”, which will be held on September 26 at the La Isla Forum.
This event, which is expected to be attended by around one thousand people, has established itself as one of the most important in the real estate sector in Yucatán, because it brings together experts and leaders of the sector from different parts of the country, to analyze and discuss current challenges and opportunities.
Iván Cervera López, president of AMPI Mérida, will be in charge of inaugurating the forum at 8 in the morning, highlighting the importance of continuous training in a sector in constant evolution.
“The sustainable development of our city and state depends largely on the preparation of real estate professionals. This forum is essential to strengthen our capabilities and successfully face the challenges that arise in the real estate market,” said Cervera López.
The VII AMPI Mérida Real Estate Forum is an invaluable opportunity for professionals in the sector to acquire knowledge, update their skills, and establish strategic connections. With a robust program that includes keynote lectures, panel discussions, and networking sessions, the event is designed to address the most relevant and current issues in the sector.
The forum will feature a series of conferences and panel discussions that will explore crucial issues for the real estate sector. Among the topics to be discussed are:
- The Challenge of Urban Planning as a Pillar of Orderly Growth: An In-depth Analysis of how Urban Planning Can Guide the growth of Mérida in a sustainable manner, balancing economic development with the preservation of the environment.
- The Real Estate Career: From Advisor to Company: Presented by Luis Arredondo, this conference will address the keys for real estate advisors to evolve into successful entrepreneurs.
- Challenges and Opportunities in the Current Economic Situation: Alejandro Padilla from Banorte will offer an overview of the macroeconomic trends that affect the real estate sector, providing valuable perspectives for professionals.
- Master Broker: Main Challenges for Commercial Project Management in Yucatan: A panel discussion where the most effective strategies for managing large real estate projects in the region will be discussed.
In addition, other highly relevant topics will be addressed, such as real estate marketing, the importance of personal branding, and the role of sustainability in the development of new projects.
The VII AMPI Mérida 2024 Real Estate Forum will not only be a learning platform but also a space for professionals in the sector to connect, share experiences, and establish new alliances that drive the growth of the real estate sector in Yucatan.
