Residents of a property in Chicxulub Puerto got scared after finding a boa resting in a plastic bucket.
The discovery occurred on Thursday, September 5th, when a person from the house in that community of Progreso grabbed the bucket and saw that the reptile was resting peacefully inside it.
They immediately called the Ecological Police, whose agents arrived and quickly took charge of the boa. The people of the house took advantage of the opportunity to take photos of it and show it off later.
The animal was taken to the so-called Ground Zero for its release, thus ensuring that it would not cause any harm and no one would hurt it.
